How do I make a flight enquiry or a booking?
The enquiry and booking process with Sandbanks Jets couldn’t be easier. Just complete our online price enquiry form to receive an estimated price for your next trip, or should you wish to talk in detail about a specific trip, you can call us directly. Prices may be subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
How do I pay for my flight?
Payment can be made by bank transfer.
How do I cancel or make changes to my booking?
Flying privately offers flexibility, so if you wish to make any changes to your flight times, destination or passenger numbers after they have been confirmed this is possible, however, in some cases this may incur an additional cost. Please discuss this with your travel advisor and whilst we can’t guarantee that changes can be met, we will do our best to secure the best outcome. If you wish to cancel you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Your notice requesting a cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices and will be effective from the date on which we receive it. What travel documents will I need?
Travel Documents remain the same as commercial flights. Passports will be needed for all passengers as well as visa and entry documents where required.
How much luggage can I take on a private aircraft?
Depending on the aircraft you have chosen, luggage is usually accessible throughout your flight. If you have any specific requirements regarding large items such as golf equipment or skiwear, please make your travel advisor at Sandbanks Jets aware of this when booking your flight to ensure we choose a suitable aircraft.
What facilities are available for clients with disabilities?
To ensure we can do our upmost to accommodate all travellers, please inform your travel advisor at Sandbanks Jets if you will need any personal assistance on the ground or in-flight.
Can my pet travel on a private jet?
Yes, small pets are allowed to travel in the cabin with you as long as you have the correct travel documents required. If you are unsure of the pet travel regulations for the country you are travelling to, please call your travel advisor at Sandbanks Jets and they will talk you through the process.
Where do I board my flight?
This is dependent on the airport you fly from but private jets usually operate from the private jet FBO’s, away from the main commercial terminals. Clients can arrive 30 minute before take off and enjoy a relaxed arrival, sometimes being driven directly onto the runway ready for take off.
What facilities will be available on my aircraft?
Sandbanks Jets will advise you on the best aircraft to suit your requirements. Most aircraft come with WiFi, washroom and refreshment facilities. However, you have the convenience to tailor the aircraft to suit you.
Will there be cabin crew will be on my flight?
Yes, should you request crew they will be available, however, this will depend on the size of aircraft and your specific needs.
Can I smoke on a private jet?
No
Will refreshments be served on board?
Sandbanks Jets offer a bespoke in-flight catering service. Whatever your occasion, the options will be available for you to choose from in advance.
Can Sandbanks Jets arrange transport to and from the airport?
Yes, Sandbanks Jets can arrange an extensive range of transport to and from the airport. Your crew will communicate with your ground transport to ensure they are waiting for you when you land.
